About Me

This site is the sapling of my lived experience. I’ve hesitated on building something like this for years. I told myself my roots weren’t deep enough, that I wasn’t fully grown. Those thoughts, though powerful, are seasonal gusts of wind, and they too, deserve expression.

There’s a truth that sunk deep within me: none of us are ever done growing. I know I’m not. So if that’s the case, the best time to explore our unspoken curiosities and passions is now. 

I chose “explores” in the name because it’s both a verb and a value that cycles through my life. If you look it up, you’ll find words like travelling, investigating, searching. 

No matter what I do, or who I’ll become, I know I’ll keep exploring. I may not have all the answers (heck, I barely have most), but I won’t stop asking questions, paying attention, and sharing what I’ve learned along the way.

This site is my field book, my journal, my sketchbook, my invitation. If you also crave exploration and a deeper eclectic understanding, pour yourself a cup of coffee (or your beverage of choice) and join me.
